Transfer Information from Desktop to Mobile

I would like to transfer some entities (shapes) from ArcGis Desktop to ArcGis Mobile App. I will really appreciate the support for the mentioned task.

You can upload shapefiles (up to 1000 features maximum) directly into a web map and view the map in the mobile app. Or if you need more than 1000 features, publish a layer (via a subscription) to create a feature service.
