NLB for ArcGIS Servers ( Mahcine A & Machine B)

Dear everone,

I have seen arcgis server 10.1 sites.....but no where is avalible load balancing procedure between ArcGIS Server Machine A & Machine B.

Can you please let me know anyone, how to do load balacing system ( distriobuted system) using ArcGIS Server 10.1

and yes, the Test Report is for 9.3 server, but concepts are the same except SOC and SOM are no longer used.
