After sitting idle for an extended period - I believe it was long enough to cause token refresh, I've seen the GenerateCredentialAsync() callback (Action<Credential, Exception>) made with Exception = "No HTTP answer". After that, I got white tiles when panning to a new region.
Is there a 'best way' to try to get the IdentityManager to refresh the token after this has occurred?
