How to add "FromNode" and "ToNode" fields to line layer's attribute table?

I am building a network of my city's roads in ArcMap 10.1. Right now I have three layers:

1) Streets_To-From (lines representing the southbound and westbound sides of every road and one-way streets in the same direction),

2) Streets_From-To (lines representing the northbound and eastbound sides of every road and one-way streets in the same direction), and

3) Nodes (points representing all of the intersections in my city).

My goal here is to take the OBJECTID data of each node and put them into the line data of each layer. For example, along with the data I already have for each road segment (speed limit, street name, etc), I want to have fields named "FromNode" and "ToNode" which will correspond with the nodes in the Nodes layer. Since there is a duplicate of every two-way road, a lot of the data will be the same except "FromNode" and "ToNode" will have opposite values.

Is there a way to do this other than manual input? The files are already in the same file database and the nodes are snapped to the endpoints of every line.

Thanks very much and please ask me questions if this doesn't make sense!
