I have a neighborhood and am trying to determine the poverty level using census tract data and there happen to be multiple census tracts within this neighborhood. I was going to use the weighted overlay tool to figure out the poverty level but was just seeing if anyone had a better suggestion or other tools that might be useful. Thanks for the help!
