Comparing rasters to see variation over time

I have interpolated pasture yield in a paddock over a year now I want to see how annual yield varies across the paddock. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to do this. Thanks

You could use the Cell Statistics tool to get a variety of stats including - max, min, mean, standard deviation.
