Does ArcGIS online have any dynamic services..

I am trying to use Nad27 map services in my Silvelright API map.

If I put the standard ESRI Arcgis Online Road map as my base layer, then my Nad27 points are off.

If it put a Nad27 layer down first and then put the ESRI ArcGIS online Road Map on top that would work....except you can't put a tile layer of a different projection on top...but if there was a dynamic (non-fused cache)  version I could use that.

I am not aware of any dynamic services. All of Esri's basemaps are tiled map services (which only return static images in web mercator auxiliary sphere).
