Hi,

I tried to download but I've encountered this problem:

"Duplicate headers received from server
The response from the server contained duplicate headers. This problem is generally the result of a misconfigured website or proxy. Only the website or proxy administrator can fix this issue.
Error 349 (net::ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION): Multiple distinct Content-Disposition headers received. This is disallowed to protect against HTTP response splitting attacks."

Does anyone know how to fix it?
Thanks in advance

@littleboko,

You don't give us much detail about your download utility, but suspect it to be a web browser.

Otherwise, site transfers are working correctly.

Use a secure copy or sftp capable utility. I prefer Filezilla ( https://filezilla-project.org ), or you can use the utility offered by Esri secure hosting service ( https://mft.esri.com/EFTClient/Account/mft.zip ), give one of those a try and it should resolve any issues.

Hello,

I received an error trying to connect to mft.esri.com using FileZilla. Please see the pdf attached.

I will appreciate any ideas why it does not work.

Best regards,

Anton,

Not sure what you had going on during those attempts, interesting in that your password was not passed.

This snapshot from a recent valid connection:

Also, I've dumped out the my FileZilla Site Manager entry.  It is a .ZIP of an XML format configuration file.  Unzip it back to XML, and use the File --> Import button to load it into your FileZilla installation.

Successful connection and transfer with Filezilla 3.73

The only difference between my connection dialogue and the one Stuart attached to the above post is that before passing the password it asked me whether or not I wanted to trust the new hostkey to which I replied yes.

Thanks

Was the password recently reset? I tried logging on today through filezilla and Esri's MFT client and both threw network errors.

Status: Connecting to mft.esri.com...
Response: fzSftp started
Command: open "ADSRiverHydraulics@mft.esri.com" 22
Error: Network error: Connection refused
Error: Could not connect to server
