Extract Values to Points problems -- error 010067, "assignment to non-variable"

Hi all!

I can't get ExtractValuesToPoints command to work. Everything seems in order, but getting a "error 010067: assignment to non-variable" message. Thoughts? Data is a point feature class and a raster with signed integer values.

Working with ArcGIS 10.1.

Is the point cloud covering nodata values or do the coordinate systems match?  Could there be points where no raster data could possibly be?

Also, check your processing extents. Go to Geoprocessing>Environments>Processing Extent and set the extents.
