We are using the new 10.1.1 version of Runtime WPF API version.
We came across a bug when we are using the touch screen, when we try to pan right - it goes left, and vice versa, but when we try to pan.
We saw that this is happening when we change the flowdirection of the father root to be RightToLeft.
When we change it back to be LeftToRight the panning works fine.
