Does iOS SDK can use in Mac?

Hi,
   I read the API Reference of iOS sdk recently. Some descriptions mentioned about Mac OS. Does it mean this SDK can comply for a Mac Application?
   If so, how to ?

If you want to develop Mac application then use ArcGIS Runtime SDK for OS X.
