Add Features to Terrain

I'm trying to write a script that adds two polygon features to a terrain using variable names, however I keep getting the following error.

ExecuteError: Failed to execute. Parameters are not valid.
ERROR 000800: The value is not a member of <None>.
Failed to execute (AddFeatureClassToTerrain).

Could someone help me pinpoint the problem?
Advisory_FGDB = arcpy.GetParameterAsText(0)
SLOSH_File = arcpy.GetParameterAsText(1)
SLOSH_Field = arcpy.GetParameterAsText(2)
ADVISORY, filename = os.path.split(os.path.abspath(Advisory_FGDB))
ADVEDIT = filename[:-4]
SLOSH_Clip = os.path.join(FEATUREDATASET, ADVEDIT + "SLOSH_Clip")
SLOSH_Dissolve = os.path.join(FEATUREDATASET, ADVEDIT + "SLOSH_Dissolve")

inFeatures = "SLOSH_Clip SLOSH_Field Softvalue_Fill 1 0 10 true false SLOSH_Clip_embed <None> false;SLOSH_Dissolve <None> Hard_Line 2 0 10 true false SLOSH_Dissolve_embed <None> false"
arcpy.AddFeatureClassToTerrain_3d(SLOSH_Terrain, inFeatures)
