I'm trying to calculate the point distance between the centroids of US Census Tracts, which should be pretty straightforward. However, the Point Distance tool appears to terminate abruptly. I'm guessing this is because I have too many observations (about 66,000 census tracts --> 4.4 billion observations in the final dataset), but I'm not sure. Any suggestions about how to break up the processing to make it more manageable?
