In IE8, I am experiencing an issue when panning around a map. If I set the opacity of a ArcGISDynamicMapServiceLayer to anything lower than 1, the dynamic layer does not move with the basemap until I let go of the mouse and I am done panning. At that point it snaps into place. When opacity is set to 1... fully opaque... the dynamic layer moves in concert with the basemap. No issues with FF or Chrome regardless of opacity. Any idea how to fix this? Its more of a aesthetic issue than anything, but it would be nice to avoid. I am using the api v2.8 for this application.
