Add layer from file problem

This error appear while im adding .csv file to the basemap : ( An error occurred while creating features. (Unable to load http://www.arcgis.com/sharing/content/features/generate status: 0 )

Can you share the CSV (or a smaller part of it) here so we can reproduce the problem?

I'm running into a similar problem.  I keep getting this error message: [ATTACH=CONFIG]28934[/ATTACH]
It is correctly locating the correct fields- address, city, state, zip. 
What gives?
