Collect New screen in iPhone

I have a map with six feature service layers - when I click on the icon to collect a new feature, the feature service layers are each labelled "New Feature" and the user can't tell which feature it is without clicking on it (unless they know the symbol colors and figure it out that way).

How do I change the names of these so they display the name of the layer in Collector?

Are you using hosted services? If you are using a single symbol with a hosted feature service the template on the rest endpoint will still have a name "New Feature" and you cannot change this value which is why you are seeing New Feature.  if you host the feature through desktop you will see the layer name instead of "New Feature".
