Local Runtime Service Security

Hello -

When the local runtime is started, an embedded web server is spun up.  I know the services by default get a random URL, and are on port 50000.  Are there any other security mechanisms in place?  Specifically I'm wondering if an external machine could access these services if they happened to know the URL, and if port 50000 was opened for communication.  Does the embedded web server restrict access and only respond to requests initiated from the host machine?

Thanks
-Brian
