Addresses Could Not Be Located

I have a problem for which I cannot seem to find an answer:  I am uploading a .csv file of locations around the world and I get a message like this:  "Not all features were added to the map. 39 addresses in the file could not be located."

I'm wondering (1) if there is a way to find out WHICH addresses were not uploaded, and
(2) what I can do to fix the addresses so they CAN be uploaded

No there is no error log generated that is accessible to you.
