I work with a large development team at a global oil company here in Houston and we're wanting some guidance from the Javascript API gang there at ESRI and any others out there doing innovative stuff. We're wondering if there's anyway to trick ArcGIS Server Javascript API into thinking a WCF service is a valid TableDataSource? From everything we've read it seems that every datasource has to come from a registered geodatabase, file geodatabase or shapefile - is this really true or can we think outside the box and get it done? Any recommended practices or tips would be greatly welcomed.
