We are very new to ArcGis and have a web map created by one team member that no one else can open. She is without computer access but has told us to "Open in ArcGIS Explorer Online???--but this option does not appear for anyone else. When we try to open in Arcgis 10 for Desktop or Map Viewer options , we all get a "unable to download" error message. These are the only two options any of us have available. We have tried using different browsers as well as on pcs and macs. Any help on what we are doing wrong??? Any thoughts on what the Creator of the map may have done to cause this? any help would be much appreciated!!!!
