Does anyone know if the bug that was identified in ArcGIS 10.0 has been fixed in 10.1 so that the confidence envelope will follow the blue expected line??? Or will it always fall outside if the point process is inhomogeneous?
I would like to point out that if the point process is "inhomogenious" the statistic is quite invalid. Your random field cannot represent an intensity process and still accept the null of CSR (Complete Spatial Randomness).
