Map blocked by proxy setting

Dear Experts,

I am still new with GIS map. Hope someone could help me.;)

In one application that I use, I face issue with GIS map using connection to my client�??s network. The map just show blank map layer.

Using fiddler application, it shows that access to connect to the base map server is denied with error code 407.

We are working with the network guy the from client to unblock the proxy for the GIS map. However, he requires details of the map server such port number and the url for below map server.

Any idea on the details of the GIS base map?
