Spatial autocorrelation wrt a fixed point

I'm trying to analyze incident data within plots that aren't necessarily adjacent to each other. I want to see if these data points are randomly located with respect to a fixed location... to determine if these data points are avoiding these fixed locations on the landscape. All of the information that I've read about spatial autocorrelation is looking at whether the points are clustered vs random and I don't know if that's the best approach for what I want to do.

I set the environment to polygon layer of my plots so that the analysis would be limited to that area. I've determined the distance of each data point to the nearest fixed location and I'm wondering if I should use that in the input field? I know the input field is usually a rate or a percentage but I was wondering if this would work.
