Error 1935 Installation_ArcGis 10.1

Hello. Someone could help me about a problem with installation of ArcGis 10.1. When I try, a window show me a message about a "Error 1935", and I don't know what do. How I solve this?

you try creates a log of the installation
msiexec /I <path to ArcGIS for Server media or download folder>setup.msi /L*V C:\ArcGIS_Server.log

In my experience this is due to .Net Framework or MSXML.  Uninstall all versions of .Net Framework, then install 3.5  For MSXML, installMSXML 4.0 SP3: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=15697
