Exporting from ArsGIS to CityEngine

Hi,
In the tutorial video "Integration with ArcGIS", the author appears to access the Arc Catalog and use something titled "CityEngine_Prep.tbx". Is this something available to download or do we need to create it ourselves?

All tools are provided. Just download all 6 packages in the series. One provides all the example data and tools.
