Deauthorization failing

Hello all,

I've been running into trouble deauthorizing my licenses when trying to upgrade to 10.1. "Unable to prepare deauthorization" keeps popping out. I followed the instructions here, but when I tried to re-authorize, my licenses were locked down (is that the proper term?) and I had to go through a lengthy process to unlock them (twice). This happened after following the instructions that my vendor sent.

Does anyone have any tips or has run into a similar situation?

You may need to contact ESRI support. You may need your licenses reset. Also possible the Trusted Storage is corrupt, but support
can determine that.
