Returning a multipoint or an array of points from an IdentifyTask

Discussion created by wpearsal on Oct 23, 2012

I would very much like to execute an IdentifyTask with a multipoint geometry
and get back an array of points or a multipoint with a result for each point in
my original multipoint Identify.

My multipoint Identify works, but the return value is a single point. This is a
problem, as I need data at each point of the multipoint, not a single point.

I am currently working around this problem by executing many IdentifyTasks,
using single Point geometries. This is less than ideal, as the total time until
all values are returned is much longer than if I'd done a single, Identify that
got me all required information (due to the overhead of HTTP requests).

Please advise~
