Creating Lines between Points in Different Tables

Hi all,
I have 2 tables with identical points (ie. same name, but different lat / long).

For the purposes of visualization, I want to tie the points together with lines so that I can see if any are really way off.

For example, if both tables have a point "001", I want to draw a line between the two.

I know that there are no duplicates, no missing points, and there is only one of each point.  Both tables have exactly the same number of points.

I have access to arcinfo and spatial analyst.

Can someone please advise on how I can do this?
