Extremely frustrated with ArcGIS Server10.1

As I sit here waiting for a call back from another perplexed ESRI tech support employee I counted how many tech support calls I have made in the last 3 months.  It comes to 40 calls!  I have never in my life had so much trouble with a piece of software!  Its criminal! 
I'm using both the Flex Viewer and the Silverlight Viewer because neither one does everything I want it to do.  Flex lets me use my own address locator, but I can't view a table.  Silverlight lets me view tables but services that look fine in flex look blury in Silverlight. 
My problems have mostly had to do with Caching and with logins and paths.  The techs seem to be learning with me.  I'm so tired of this, I just want to do my job.
