DynamicLayers - changing color renderer not reflected in legend

Hi,

Can you confirm that the legend is not updated when changing the renderer in a dynamic layer ?

I have a sample application called DynamicLayersExample which is part of my presentation at the devsummit 2012

here is the source code.

As you can see in the demo and when running the sourcecode, the green color in the legend is never updated to orange.

I just want a confirmation that this problem hasn't been resolved in the first final release, or perhaps you have a workaround for this issue.

Hi,

Unfortunately at v1.0 we did have a bug where the label and symbol swatch are not updated when the contents of the ArcGISLocalDynamicMapServiceLayer changes. This has been fixed for the next release.
