i have created a new Ec2 instance on amazon than using esri provided amis i have installed arcgis server 10.1 arc catlog arcmap on this instance. after that i authorize the server using the prvc file. i also have create a default site using cloud builder application. however when i remotely login on my EC2 instance and tried to start the arc map i received following error:
proivde your licsence administrator following information
; error code =-96
licence server is down or not running
any suggestion what s wrong.
