I am looking for a way to access the symbols of a layer symbolize with a unique value rendered as a small jpeg or bmp as the symbol is shown in the TOC. It could be lines or points. Character or image markers for points, simple lines for the line feature layer. I can drill down to the symbols from the layer but I am still not sure if I can convert them to a small image. Any insight is appreciated
