I would like to use the ESRI symbol server to debug crashes in Visual Studio (I'm developing ArcGIS engine 9.3 applications in C# .NET). Unfortunately, my development machine is not and cannot be connected to the Internet. Is there any way to use the symbol server while offline by downloading its contents? Perhaps by setting up a symbol server locally...
