Problem with ArcMAP connection to arcgis server 10.1

Hi, I've installed ArcGIS Server 10.1, created the site and log in into manager...
If I try to connect (admin or publisher) to the same ArcGIS Server via ArcMap I recive the error "Unable to connect to..." and tell me to verify login and password. But with the same credentials I log into manager!
I don't understand. In another installation Arcmap connections works fine, with the same credentials for manager...

There are Win server 2008 settings?
OS: Win server 2008 R2

I solved: the problem was in a setting of Internet Options of IE. I disabled the �??Automatically detect settings�?� flag!!

I post the solution for other users...
