ArcGIS 10.1 Web Adaptor Fails To Install Multiple Sites

If not installaing to a program files directory, and silent install runs successful, a second adaptor fails to install.

I know this works on another server instances of Windows 2008 Server R2 Enterprise.

this is a vmware, 2008 Server R2 Enterprise, w/ it's own domain controller, not something anyone but a developer would use.

The setup package needs some work, but simply copy the installed directories as many times as you need. this seemed to work fine.
not clean... but the Web Adaptor works as advertised.
