'ERROR 001270: Consolidating the data failed.' when publishing Network Analyis

Hello,

When I'm trying to publish my Network Analysis service (Navteq based) in ArcMap 10.1 I get this: 'ERROR 001270: Consolidating the data failed'.
I have tried with another network dataset (from ESRI tutorial) and it worked so I am wondering what is the issue with this one?
