Where do I find the ArcTutor data??

Hello,
 
     I am trying to create some of the geoprocessing services and all the help documents talk about using the data from (C:\arcgis\ArcTutor\GP Service Examples) Does anyone know where I can find this data? Is it on my install disc somewhere or do I need to download it?
