How Do I Generate ArcGIS COM GUIDs in a Visual Studio Project?

I am looking at the source code for the EPA Metadata Editor (ArcCatalog 10.0, VB.NET, Visual Studio 2010). The instructions say that to run the source code I have to generate new COM GUIDs and enter them in VB.NET files in the project as needed. I have no idea how to do this. I remember doing something similar in ArcGIS 9.3 and VBA and it was simple to do (yeah, I know, things have changed). If I remember, in ArcObjecs/VBA you could put all the GUIDs into one class file in your project (there was a tool to do that) and everything would be referenced, or something like that.

I have searched and searched and still have no clear idea about how to get the GUIDs I might need into a Visual Studio project. I understand that there were tools for that in earlier versions of ArcGIS but not for ArcGIS 10.0, at least that I could find. Could someone please humor me with step-by-step instructions on how to get the GUIDs I need into my Visual Studio project? Thanks!
