Identify Route Location Results dialog has gone missing

I have a machine running ArcGIS 10 SP3 which no longer shows the route location dialog when a route is selected with the identify measure tool. I had a potentially similar problem with table attributes window which needed to be reset using regedit as in this kb

I'm running win 7 64-bit premium. Anyone have any ideas?

I am also facing same issue, route location dialog is not showing when a route is selected with the identify measure tool
