I'm building an Android application using Esri's Runtime SDK that will need to consume maps offline. I'm looking for free basemaps that I can create compact caches of. I don't want to use create my caches from vector data. I've looked into MapDroyd and OpenStreetMap, but their formats appear to be incompatible. It doesn't look like Esri offers any solutions for this. help?
