I'm trying to create a very simple time enabled map of county polygons.
Is there an easy way to do this?
I have tried using arcgis.com online but the time enabled layers are slow since I have so many polygons.
I was hoping just using the service from ArcGIS Server and the Javascript API would do better performance.
I have looked at the examples on the resources web site but they seem to complicated or just not what I was trying to do (usually involving points).
My service is private/secure so I can't just share it out.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
