If you are looking for a method or option to display primary, secondary, Interstates etc. as seen within Google Map but within ArcMap. I would suggest using the Esri, Transportation, etc. Symbol Palettes, to have them assigned to these road features. This will give you the looks as you�??ve seen within Google Maps as an option, or possibly look into Representation. Please let us know if you have any further questions, on this or other items.
