I am using the clip and ship tool for extracting the the selected data but every time I execute it returns the error "esriJobfail".I tried to read the message from the (arcgisjob) folder for the GP tool but not able to read the messages.Sometimes the tool is executing without any error and the Zip file is also created but he features are not extracted when I am opening the shape file in Arcmap. The list of records is always 0.
