It seems there´s a problem with the Sample tool (v10 SP2). When i try to sample points from a raster and set the output to be in a geodatabase, it will not sample all the points. I´ve also tried sampling a raster and using the same raster as location raster, which should produce a table with all the raster cells. But again, several cells are missing. The amount of cells missing also differed between tests. Both the feature class with the sample points and the test raster had the same projection specified. When i set the output to dbf all points were sampled correctly.
