Hi

I have interpolated surface using kriging method. In results high values are not interpolated correctly because high values are few . How to improve the results in context of high values

You may have to be a little more specific in your question here for some of the kriging experts to comment.
But kriging, spline etc methods of data interpolation do not preserve the input values.
If you want the output surface to honour the input points you need to use an interpolator like idw or nearest neighbour.
