Issue Sharing Model Builder Projects

I have recently created a model to be shared with colleagues.  It works just fine on my computer but when I try running it on another computer it throws an error.  My first thought was that it may be saving data to a specific place unique to my computer however this is not the case.  The user has the option to save the data to their location of choice.  The model basically takes a feature, projects it to another projection and then does some field calculations.  When running on another computer it projects the data just fine (creating a new feature), however, when it gets to calculating the field it says the feature does not exist.  I check the folder where they saved the data and it is indeed there.  Why would it create the new feature in the new projection and then say it doesn't exist?  I've created models in the past that shared with no issues.  Any ideas?  Thank you!
