We have created a map with all of the attributes that we wish to include. Is there a way to continuously print a map by section without panning over and printing by individual sections?

Yes there is a way to do this.
I would recommend setting up data driven pages based on a grid index, here you can designate a grid for each of your sections. To do so:
1. Use the Grid Index Features tool to create a grid. Use your existing data that you want the grid to cover as the input features.
> Grid >
2. Now setup data driven pages based on that grid.
Customize > Toolbars > Data Driven Pages.
Enable data driven pages > Use the grid you created as the layer that the data driven pages are based off.
3. Now when printing you should be able to select pages. And you can use the data driven page toolbar to systematically look through your data based on the grid. Each page will be a grid on your map.
I hope this helps!
