Export shape attribute table to excel

Hi,
   I need to create an application file which should export shape file attributes to excel file?

Any idea?

There are 2 script tools available from the Geoprocessing Model and Script Tool Gallery for Exporting to Excel.

Both tools export to the .xls format.

Option #1 - Export to Excel or CSV

Option #2 - Export to Excel or HTML
You will need to have Microsoft Excel installed to use this script tool.
