Is there a BalloonCallout available in ArcGIS API for WPF? I know that a BalloonCalloutClass exists in the ArcGIS desktop SDK. I need something like this where I can set the anchor at one position and the text at another position.
I know the InfoWindow exists, but this class does not allow me to reposition the comment. The comment is always centered on top of the anchor position, so if the text is hidding information, I can not move it.
