Loading SQL Server 2008 Data

I have Geometry Data in SQL SERVER 2008 R2.
I want to load that Geometry using ArcGIS Javascript Api.
Please provide me a sample.

Your data needs to be available on the web to use it in the JavaScript API. The recommended way to do this is to publish your data as map services using ArcGIS Server.
